This is why we place a lot of importance on the provision of high-quality training events and conferences for Youth Workers, Evangelists and Young Leaders - giving them the opportunity to 'mingle' with their peers, share ideas and encourage each other.

Missional Leadership Scheme
Helping leaders of the future fulfill their potential

MLS is a 10 month long course that will stretch, challenge and develop leadership skills. It comprises of four 3 day residential gatherings thorughout the year where delegates will take part in learning sessions facilitated by experienced leaders including Roy Crowne and Jill Garrett, to cover all aspects of leadership.
In between gatherings there will be a number of relevant tasks, book reviews and character studies to work on. Each delegate will have a mentor to help them reflect on what is being learned and put into practice in their own lives. The course opens with a residential in Halesowen (dates for 2010/11 to be confirmed).
The total cost of the course will be £500. We suggest that half the cost be met by the delegate and half by their sending church/organisation. This includes the accomodation and food for all four residentials.
