OPPORTUNITIES WITH POLAND YFC 2008
Individual Placement in Wroclaw
Date: Flexible during the year, but excluding June-AugustLength of visit: Between one to six months
Costs: Approximately £350-£400 per month for board and shared accommodation plus airfare; insurance; visa if appropriate; spending money and admin costs.
Programme: To include: helping with the YFC projects scheduled for the time of the placement e.g. Manifest concerts ( testimony, worship, drama, multimedia etc), students’ home group meetings at YFC director’s house (twice a month), English conversation classes at one of the secondary schools, relational ministry with English-speaking students, English book club, ‘Ring’- a project for guys age:16-20; etc.
Spring and Summer Projects

Individual placement for volunteers 18+
Place: Koszalin, Poland
Date: 1-4 May 2008
Cost: approx. £70 plus airfare, insurance; spending money & admin costs
Work: To include: helping run the three-day youth conference, activities include: small group discussions for those who can speak English, leading prayer sessions, solos during worship time (if applicable), sharing testimony, games…
Manifest camp:
Individual placement for volunteers 18+Placement available for: 1-5 people
Date: 8-9 days in August (the exact date to be determined)
Cost: Approx. £200 plus airfare, insurance, spending money & admin costs
Work: To include: helping to run a camp for young people aged 15+
Activities to include: games, sports, small group work, Bible studies, English language activities, art, music, teaching, testimonies- depending on the skills and gifts of the person being placed on this project
