Gavin Calver is National Director of British Youth for Christ. A Bible College graduate, Gavin previously worked as Director of Church & Schools Resources at YFC; working alongside churches to improve the effectiveness of their outreach and bringing Christianity onto the agenda in schools. He is a gifted public speaker and has written three books. Gavin is married to Anne, and has one daughter, Amelie, and a new-born son, Daniel. |

Dave Newton is YFC's Ministry Director. Dave speaks at events and he trains on a range of subjects at various colleges on leadership and mission. Dave is passionate about mission and is in the final year of his Masters Degree in Mission and Evangelism. Dave is married to Liz with three children. |

Richard Bromley is the Local Ministries Director for Youth for Christ. He oversees the development and growth of local YFC outreach projects around the UK. He has a Masters Degree in Mission and is an ordained minister of the Church of England. Richard is married to Denise and has two children. |

Damian Wharton is the Missions Director for YFC. His team produce a variety of high quality resources including Rock Solid, Mettle and exploRE that are used in thousands of churches and secondary schools in the UK. He is married to Andrea with three children. |

Merisa MacInnes is the Communications Director at YFC. A language graduate, Merisa loves words, media and raising money. After 12 years as a freelance consultant, Merisa now works full-time with YFC and in her spare time goes on short-term missions overseas. Merisa has two boys. |

Rachael Heffer works as Corporate Director for Youth for Christ, seeking to ensure that the values, ethos and strategy of YFC are communicated to all our stakeholders and implemented throughout the organisation. Rachael is married to Darren with one son, Jacob. Rachael has a language degree and enjoys foreign travel and socialising. |

Peter Haydock is Operations Director of Youth for Christ. He oversees the business side of the charity, responsible for Finance, HR and Training, IT and Office administration. Peter is keen that YFC is run as an efficient, effective youth organisation and understands how the business side supports the delivery of ministry to all young people in Britain. Peter is married to Jean. |

Geoff Baxter is Reflex Director of Youth for Christ. He has 12 years of experience with the Criminal Justice System and has been instrumental in YFC’s work with marginalised and disadvantaged young people, adapting the work from a local setting into a national management structure and a transferable model. Geoff is married to Susan and they have one daughter, Alisha. |

Graeme Brooks is our Local Ministries Senior Manager in Scotland. Graeme directs our development in Scotland supporting Chartered Centers and focused on 'increasing local presence'. He is passionate about empowering people to make the best of their gifts and talents and to serve others. Graeme has a City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering and is married to Sarah, a Senior Staff Nurse at the Institute of Neuroscience. They have two teenage children. |

Kathryn Delderfield is YFC’s Staff Development Manager, responsible for the training and development of staff and volunteers across the organisation, as well as overseeing Personnel. Kathryn is married to Paul, has 3 teenage children – James, Jack and Rhian. Kathryn likes to spend time with family and friends, is an enthusiastic rather than expert gardener and an avid Formula 1 fan. |

Liz Etherton is YFC Local Ministries Manager, holding strategic responsibility for existing and emerging YFC Centres across England. Qualified in Business Management, Marketing, and Community Engagement, Liz originally joined YFC as Centre Director in Stoke on Trent. A published writer, her employment experience includes Banking, Research, Homeless support, and Charity Advice. Liz enjoys interesting conversation fuelled by good food, strong coffee, & red wine. |
