MLS is a 9 month long course that will stretch, challenge and develop leadership skills. It comprises of four 3 day residential gatherings throughout the year where delegates will take part in learning sessions facilitated by experienced leaders including Roy Crowne and Jill Garrett, to cover all aspects of leadership.
In between gatherings there will be a number of relevant tasks, book reviews and character studies to work on. Each delegate will have a mentor to help them reflect on what is being learned and put it into practice in their own lives. The course opens with a residential in Halesowen, 5 – 7 October 2009.
The total cost of the course will be £400, we suggest that half the cost be met by the delegate, and half by their sending church/organisation.
This includes accommodation and food for all four residentials.
