Roy Crowne moves to focus on 'Hope'

Roy Crowne announced today that he intends to concentrate on further developing ‘Hope’, working with its leadership team and church leaders across Britain.

He said, “We will be consulting with church leaders over the coming months and are looking to build on the amazing work started in 2008. The intention is to work out how best to take ‘Hope’ forward, unlocking the enormous potential we have already witnessed to impact local communities through word and deed.”

Speaking about the move, Ken Wright, Chair of the YFC Board said, “The past months have been a significant period for Roy as he has been discovering the next chapter of God’s calling upon his life. His contribution to YFC over the past 28 years has been truly outstanding in so many ways and we are delighted he will continue to be a member of YFC’s Council of Reference as a Vice President. We also look forward to working with him in the future on this exciting ‘Hope’ development.”
