3 Degrees...
Congratulations to three YFC staff who have successfully completed their Masters Degree in Mission. Dave Newton (Director of Outreach), Beckie Pickering (Director of Haverhill Schools Initiative) and Simon Halls (Director of Swindon YFC) graduated from Cliff College on Saturday 26th June. Their study, resulting in a Master of Arts Degree awarded by the University of Manchester, has taken three years to complete and is an amazing achievement for all of them on top of their full time work commitments.
Dave Newton expressed 'studying at this level has sharpened my thinking and shaped my youth ministry practice.' He continues, 'whilst the additional workload has been demanding at times, the long term benefits both personally and for YFC are tremendous.'
