Nomad Cages
Background
September 2005 saw the launch of Nomad, YFC’s latest itinerant sports mission team. The team tour with a sports cage for use in delivering sports tournaments and events.
The Nomad team are available to book for a week as an excellent opportunity of seeing the cage in practise.
British Youth for Christ has gained exclusive import rights for these cages which are hand made by staff from Netherlands Youth for Christ.
The cage is made up of 20 sheets of galvanised steel each 120 cm wide and various heights (listed below).
The Nomad team travel with the largest size cage standing at 3 metres high (Cage 3 below), but the cages are available in various heights - 2 metres, 2.5 metres and 3 metres. A trailer is normally required to transport the cage, which can be offloaded and set-up within 30 minutes. The larger size obviously carries handling implications.

Order A Cage
Orders for cages and trailers take a minimum of 7 weeks each, but orders may take upto 10 weeks when demand is high, so please account for this when considering your requirements.
These prices are guaranteed through to September 2010, when they may adjust according to material costs.
BYFC forwards the manufacturer’s guarantee of the quality and strength of each cage for two years against corrosion and damage. The cages will sustain intensive use for many more years when carefully transported and set up each time.
If any fault is found to be due to manufacturing errors then the manufacturers will send personnel to repair the cage at their own cost.
Each cage will be delivered with a training workshop on the handling and use of the cage, if required.
YFC are committed to seeing these cages being used by local churches to connect with young people. If you have questions or further information please contact Barry Mason on 07734022443, or at barry.mason@yfc.co.uk
