Fiona Castle encourages Christian women to rise above the Storm

On Friday 19th June, Fiona Castle; bestselling Author and widow of Roy Castle, will be speaking at an inspirational event hosted by Youth for Christ, to encourage and empower Christian women.  The event will take place at Buxton Methodist Church at 7.30 pm (Chapel Street, Buxton SK17 6HX).

From Land's End to John O'Groats

From the 17th to the 31st of May, five brave men will cycle the length of the UK, from Land’s End to John O’Groats, in order to raise funds for Youth for Christ’s vital work among young people.  They team - made up of Gavin Calver – YFC’s new National Director, Geoff Baxter, Kris Calver, Phil Knox and Lea Milligan, are trying to raise in excess of £25, 000 in sponsorship so that more young people can be given the opportunity to hear the Good News about Jesus.

A Big Day for Volunteering with YFC

On March 28th Youth for Christ are holding their yfc one Big Day at the national headquarters in Halesowen from 11am – 4pm (Coombswood Way, Halesowen, West Midlands B62 8BH).  15-25 year olds interested in joining yfc one, family and friends, youth groups and churches are all invited to come to a fantastic day of fun, spiritual input and great opportunities to explore what YFC’s year out programme is all about.
