Reflex has been developed by YFC to engage with young offenders and marginalised young people, tackling issues relevant to them through the use of challenging and stimulating activities.
Reflex workers deliver quality, accredited programmes to young offenders in custody and in the community. These programmes provide young offenders with the skills, confidence and opportunities they need to overcome the barriers they face in order to reach their full potential.
Through learning to work together in a safe environment, we encourage the use of creativity and gifts, where the young offenders work together towards set goals.
