YFC’s IMPACT Holidays in 2007 were a huge success. From North Wales to Dorset young people made the most of the fun activities on offer. One person said, “I've just returned from the best week of my life.” Another asked, “I'm coming back as a leader as soon as I can. Why do I have to be too old to be a camper next year?” The experiences and stories speak for themselves. We recommend early booking since these unique holidays fill up fast. Please note carefully the age ranges. They vary a lot! Great leaders provide some action-packed programmes and plenty of choices, so whatever your ideal holiday might be, you'll find it here. Take some friends or go on your own and meet some new people. The holidays are based in different locations, so whether you want camping or mountains, or rock climbing or swimming pools, you will find what you're looking for. We look forward to getting your applications!
Youth for Christ Impact Holidays are designed for young people aged from 10 through to the early 20s. Be sure to check before you book. Over 18s do fill in the Application form yourself.

FUNDING
If you know young people who would benefit from coming on a YFC Impact Holiday but may be struggling financially, please consider applying to: The Joan Boswell Fund - Set up in memory of Joan who wanted to encourage Christian residential holidays, Youth for Christ's own trust fund helps young people to meet the cost of their holiday if they need help financially. Apply to Gavin Calver who administers this fund at Youth for Christ.
If you are unsuccessful with the above trust fund, you could also try applying to a separate, independent fund called: The David Chilcott Fund This independent fund also helps pay for young people to go on Christian holidays. A typical grant might be around £70, or half the cost. About 200 people are helped each year. To obtain an application form send a stamped addressed envelope to: The Treasurer, The David Chilcott Fund, 11 Bay View Court, Bay View Road, Northam, Bideford, Devon. EX39 1TJ.
