THE ART OF CONNECTING TRAINING – Equipped to make a difference.

This new and improved, re-written Art of Connecting resource, run over 7 weeks,will excite and encourage young people to examine their own story and journey with Jesus, to connect genuinely with their friends and their ‘stories,’ and throughout – to go deeper in their knowledge of God’s story. 

The Art of Connecting resource is endorsed by the Youthwork Partnership and aims to serve you in your Youthwork with 11-18s in the coming months. Based around exploring ‘My Story’, Their Story’, and ‘God’s Story’ this will encourage young Christians to adopt ‘connecting’ effectively with others into their daily lifestyle.

The resource consists of an Art of Connecting Leader’s Guide containing the full 7 week course material written into three streams:- 11-14s, 14-18s and a Student ‘peer to peer-led’ stream for easy use in schools. The Guide also includes two DVDs, one containing thirteen filmed illustrations for the course and a ‘Talking Heads’ DVD presenting the core teaching components of each session.

The Art of Connecting ‘My Story’ Journal is a new young person’s accompaniment to the course. To be used daily during the course, or as a stand-alone mission preparation guide, the Journal helps a young person to explore ‘Three Story Living’ by means of Bible verses, life application, stories and quotes, whilst also leaving space for their own personal notes, prayers and reflections.
